She serves as President and CEO of The Sharing Center—Seminole County’s largest social services nonprofit and Co-Pastor of Acceleration Church alongside her husband, Pastor Dio Pouerie. Whether in the boardroom or the pulpit, Tekoa is driven by one mission: to empower people, erase barriers, and lead with bold faith.

Her ministry journey began with a divine encounter at the age of 10, and her life has been a testament to resilience ever since. Overcoming childhood tragedies, Tekoa rose with unshakable faith.

While attending the University of Central Florida, she launched Women’s Prayer Band, a thriving campus ministry that impacted countless lives and set the tone for her calling to lead with both faith and purpose.
